Re. my earlier message. Is there no one online at the moment who is able to assist?

Doubt if anyone can help if they don't know what the question is!

Patients are a virtue. 10 mins is not enough time for some one to find never mind answer your question as most people will be at work and other users require help as well.

Eventually some one will be able to get to your problem and it would help if you did not open more than one thread. click here

Thank you to all who answered my impatient requests of yesterday. This was down to inexperience rather than bad manners. However, my problem still exists. I have tried the 'letters and labels' tab on Works 7 menu but it just returns me to the 'mail merge' section. Any advice will be appreciated, other than to remind me of my manners!!
