That's the problem though-i can't get into my PC to do anything, that's why i'm doing a system restore. I had downloaded Windows Service Pack 3 Yesterday, then last night i had a problem with Nero Software. I went to do a system restore today and my PC crashed. So i've been trying to do a full reinstall but i am getting this message?

Try booting into Safe Mode (Press F8 on boot up and choose Safe Mode option) You may then be able to do a system restore (Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore.
See this link click here

Also see this link for using System Restore on a computer which won't boot normally
