Upside down display

Help required....

My dad just phoned re: his Dell Laptop. He uses Windows XP. After logging under his User name, the picture display then flips 180 degrees so everything appears unside down....even the task bar flips to the top and is upside down.

He doesn't know what he has done....buttons pushed etc.

Any suggestions as to what he may have done and how to rectify?

If ATI graphics then:

right click empty space on desktop
select properties
settings tab
rotation tab

Thanks Fruit Bat, but the rotation tab doesn't exist....any other ideas?

Tell dad to stand on his head or turn the laptop upside down.

surely people come here for help and advice and not silly comments, doesn't that defeat the purpose of this forum

"surely people come here for help and advice"

Yes, they do. They also come here for the occasional bit of light relief.

Check back through this Forum and you'll find that I've been providing "help and advice" for something like 4 years now.

At 75, I don't think he'll be able to last long upside down!!

now....anyone else with any constructive advice?
