UPGRADING from Vista to XP drivers, help!

I recently purchased an Acer 7520 laptop from Tesco. Unfortunatly It was preloaded with Vista which is a bore as Vista is so slow on 1 mgb & I have gone through Windows for Workgroups, 95, 98 & XP which I am very happy with. I backed-up the drivers and applications as well as factory defaults to DVD. I then loaded XP Media. I had some trouble installing the drivers, but did all with help of 3rd party apart from the graphics driver as this could not be found. It seems to be a driver only for Vista. I resigned myself to going back to Vista with a sad heart, but as I only have a backup for factory defaults it will not install back into partion 1 (Of 3). any ideas where i can get a driver from for the Nvidia GeForce 7000m for XP, or do I have to buy Vista and uprgade to 2mgb RAM, or get a new graphics card?
