Upgrade to laptop memory

Hi, been checking a couple of posts on this topic but non are helping me much. I want to increase the memory in my Medion laptop MD 9783 (which is not listed on crucial advisor and my laptop isnt set up to access the net so cant use the scanner) It has 256mb ddr sdram (its the shorter type so I assume so-dimm) Ive been looking for 133MHZ 256MB MEMORY SODIMM SDRAM MEMORY

Then I used Everest which told me I have ( Siemens sdn03264a1b11na-74 ) Pc2100 ddr sdram so are these the same thing because theres a much larger range of PC2100 (and also cheaper)

Also I havent found an explanation of the pins Ive assumed I need 144 pin configuration but the PC2100 seems to be 200 pin. Is there a way to check this? The more I learn on this topic the more confused I seem to get. So any help would be greaat.
