Upgrade from IE5 to IE6

  canalaholic 20:53 06 Jan 2009

My partner has an old computer which is perfectly adequate for her needs. It has a problem with IE5 which runs ok until a site requires information to br input (ie if she wants to purchase tickets etc). Is there a fix or how can I upgrade it to IE6 without messing the rest of the computer up. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Will IE6 work with Win2000? If not, upgrade to version 5.5 as per my other link.

Looks like IE6 sp1 is OK so go for it. No need to unistall previous version of IE5, just download and run it.
