On "Update Tuesday" Only a Defender update...these appear to get larger and larger, yet the silly bit of software finds? Nothing! :)

'yet the silly bit of software finds? Nothing! :)'

Think positive - there is nothing to find!

.....But the other three always do! :)

Joking apart, if stuff is being found you might want to try SpywareBlaster, which stops it, or is supposed to stop it, getting there in the first place.

No problems with what I'm using :) It's only ad's and stuff.....My point is that Defender has nver ever found a thing...and that includes the BETA version which used to work with XP....I really fail to see how MS can say Vista is safe with it. I think it's a joke. SuperAntiSpyware, Adaware 2007, and Spybot s&d, are the tools of my choice. Even Panda Platinum (which isn't the best) can find things....But poor old Defender seems to wearing a blindfold :)
