An unwanted tool

I have been hit by a tool called Antimalware Tool which is completely taking over my laptop. I am using XP and this programme has suddenly appeared. It comes up every few minutes to tell me that I have dozens of Trojans, Viruses, malwares etc., etc and it can remove them but it needs to be activated and then takes me to a web site called antimalware where it now requires $75 for a years subscription. I cannot get any work done as it closes all my programs. Can any one help me.Cant find it in programmes or in control panel to uninstall. Wally S

Usually malwarebytes antimalware takes care of such badware but this time hitman pro click here did the trick. I think malwarebytes didn't detect a root kit or smth, can't remember exactly, anyway malwarebytes said the virus is gone but Antimalware Tool came back, so I deciced to use hitman pro and ta da, it didn't come up anymore, found a link to this tool on this page click here

My PC is clean now, fingers crossed.

Excellent program and I've been pushing it for a couple of months.
