unwanted ms public accessibility folder

  geedad 20:57 14 Apr 2009

I am using Outlook Express in my Windows Xp SP2 PC. I am happy with the normal send and receive facilities within that. However, I also have a directory called microsoft.public.windowsxp.accessibility, and when clicking on this, I see many 'forum' type questions ( and some replies) that I am not particularly interested in. I always use PC Advisor forum myself. Can anyone advise me on the following:
1.Can I get rid of it?
2.If yes, will there be any loss of benefits within my system?

It's a newsgroup. Yes you can rid of it, no it won't affect anything else.
