There are a number of unbidden desktop icons on my computer. I have tried to delete them but they keep coming back. Does anyone have any idea how to permanently delete them? I have tried to delete them from the recycle bin but that only aggravates them and I get double the number of them on the desk top after that operation. David Robinson
Hi everyone. My PC has been possessed by the same devil I have used adaware,Skybot,AOL's own spyware checked for a virus and run two firewalls. The only way I can remove these icons is by carrying out a system restore. Any clues please. Rwild
