Unknown Uninstaller

Hi Guys,
Just had a look at the uninstall info that SpyBot S&D gives. It shows an uninstaller called, "Intel Integrated Performance Primitives 1.1" located in C\:Windows. Can anyone tell me what this is, is it required or is it something "sinister"?
Thanks in advance.

This is strange, as it appears this is for Intel processors? I have an Athlon 64. I do not understand why it is there, I do not remember ever loading such a programme? Could it have been installed by another programme, or do other operations require it to be there?

Any other ideas, please.
