Uninstall files in Windows folder

I have found about 50 files named $NTUninstallB913446$ in the Windows root folder. Some are up to 1MB. Should I delete them? where are they from?

They are restore points for hot fixes after windows updates.

If everything is working OK then delete them.

Agreed - I cleared up several gigabytes on a server in this way. If you are at all worried then keep say the last 6 months or so but how often does anyone roll these things back?!
