uninstall chrome problem

  Red Ed 13:10 28 May 2009

Hi everyone, I have been enjoying Google Chrome and agree it is a lot faster than IE 7.0. However, after reading a review about it in PC Advisor (Issue 168, July 2009, page 85) which alerted me to its security problems, I decided to uninstall it (at least for now). However, now, if I click on a link in an Outlook email it returns an error saying "General failure [URL Address] Application not found." Anyone any ideas how to return IE to be the default browser application?

In IE go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs tab and you can then Make IE Default.
