Hi There,

This is probably a simple enough problem for you clever people to solve but i am new to all this and all the computer jargin n that, so here goes.
The problem is that my pc is running ME and i have recently just bought a Logitech Communicate STX Webcam and wanted to video conference with family members so i thought id use MSN Messenger so i downloaded the latest version of MSN which all seemed to fine - After it downloaded it just came up with an error and it wouldnt install.

Please please please can anyone help and advise me on this dilema! Been trying to solve this for several months now.

Big thanx in advance.

PS I want to be able to video conference for free.

Presumably you downloaded the Messenger .exe file to your desktop or another folder.

Have you now installed Messenger and are getting an error message?

If so, un-install it and re-install - but this time disable your AV and anti-malware programs before installing.

Obviously, ensure you are offline before disabling the AV and anti-malware.

Remember to re-enable AV and anti-malware after installing Messenger.
