I wonder if any one can help me please I'm unable to receive any e-mail's in to Outlook Express, I use this programme on a daily basis
The error message states "The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.btinternet.com', Server: 'mail.btinternet.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"
My internet connection is functioning as normal and I can access my mail if I go directly to BT Yahoo.
How do I rectify this, how has it happened and does the fault lay with BT or Microsoft
I decided to turn the computer off in the hope that when I turned it back on Outlook Express might have righted it's self and fortunately it has, those microsoft instructions look mighty complicated to me!
