Unable to install software/multiple logged on

Am trying to get my computer and all is software up and running again after doing a clean install.

Amongst many problems - I am trying to reinstall Microsoft Money, but cannot get off first base (let alone re-install my money backup files)as the s/ware thinks more than one user is logged on.

Looking at Task Manager - it appears that I am logged on more than once (I am not).

I have logged off and restarted computer, but s/ware still still comes up with the same error.

Help please!

Can you close any multiple instances from Task Manager?

Just trying to recall - for instance - if I logg off users using task manager, (it shows me as being logged on '2') I am logged off the comuter and the computer closes.

I can get it down from 3 instances of me being logged on to '1'.

Does that shed any light?

Can't help there! wait for an expert!

Okay - sorted that by installing software before putting Anti-Virus software on, but have further problems. Will start new thread.
