Unable to access certain Folders in Vista

  ened 08:35 11 Jan 2009

I wanted to see how much space is currently being used by System Restore.

In Folder Options I have ticked the box which says 'Show Hidden files and Folders' and the box regarding Hide protected System Files is unchecked.

I still cannot access certain Folders like System Volume Information.

This is my Computer (I built it myself) and I am the only user/administrator.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Well I've looked at all options and I can't see how I am unable to access this folder. All permissions appear to have been granted.

Can I find out how much space is being used by System Restore in some other way?
