Two Hard Drive Icons

  babybell 15:35 02 Jul 2007

I reinstalled Windows XP and managed to reinstall everything fine apart from that fact I now have to Hard Drive Icons C: and D:

C: is my actually hard drive and shows all the capacity against it. D: is doing nothing, no hard drive space allocated to it, it's just an icon bascially.

Just wondering how to tell the PC it's just the C: in require?

Are you sure it's a hard drive icon? Could it be an optical drive icon? Do you have a CD/DVD drive?

Definately two hard drive icons, the other was created by accident when i reinstalled XP, i think it went to partition the drive but i didnt allocate any space to it.
