Two dongles?

  Whiteadder310556 19:11 18 May 2009

I have a Three dongle and have become unhappy because it keeps dropping out, failing to connect, etc, etc. And it is not genuine PAYG like the Vodafone dongle, which may in the future more suitable anyhow. So can I purchase a Vodafone dongle and run it on the same computer. And when "3" drops out go on to Vodafone. Or are there compatibilty problems?

You can only connect through one ISP at any one time using any dongle you want as long as it works with the ISP

I think I should explain further. I would switch inbetween dongles and software when I was disconnected, as happened 15 minutes ago! This problem seemed to get worse when I received a software update from "3". I wonder if they have inserted limits on the time, because it seems that I get half an hour and I am then locked out for a period of time, perhaps hours!
