Is it possible to use the tv screen as a pc monitor and if so how?
Firstly what kind of TV, Make, Model NoWhat type inputs at back of TV?What type of display card output, VGA Only or VGA plus DVI connector
hitachi natura connections are scart at back x 4 s-vhs socket looks like a socket I plug my mouse into (round with a few holes round the edge) A yellow video in and two (red and white)sockets for aidio in and out.Dont know about display card output
Once the computer output is VGA you would need a VGA to S-Video / RCA Adaptor plus the correct S Video and Audio cables to connect to the TV VGA to S-Video / RCA Adaptorclick hereS-Video Cable / SVHS Cableclick here3.5mm Jack to 2 x Phono Cable click hereMake sure that all of the cables are the same length I am sure that you can get most of the cables at your local TV or Computer storesThe VGA to S-Video / RCA Adaptor you might have to order You can use the S Video or the single yellow connector to supply video to the TV Connect the audio cable from your sound card output connector to the audio input on the TV You have to select the correct input on the TV via the remote control for the pc display to show
