Hi everyone I am interested in your views on this.
About 2 yrs ago I bought a FREECOM DVB stick which promises the Earth, expensive at the time about £50.
It is good WHEN IT WORKS,but usually get a "encoutnered a problem" message.

Just taken an old (7 yrs plus) Mercury TV card out of a scrap M/c . Works perfectly, It does not do cyberspace but it does not keep breaking.

I maybe old fashioned but I want something that works

Are you providing a strong enough TV signal to your Freecom stick?

The small aerial provided has a coaxial plug socket at the end.

An analogue card will work with an average signal but not digital (until the transmitters fully switch over to full strength digital signals).
