Use CCleaner's Clean-up function to tidy up the Hard Drive first, then the Software Removal Tool and finally the Registry Cleaner. I would re-boot between each of these runs but it's not necessary.
Should there be any Programs, not removed by CCleaner, then try Revo. However if any of those Programs are of the Antivirus type, then you will have to visit the Program's Home Site to obtain the Uninstaller. There should be only 1 Antivirus Program loaded and Active on the PC at any time
Finally a Defrag would be appropriate.
