Trojan:win32/Ropest and others trojan issues

For the past few days I have been having an issue with Trojans, I have windows essential but it does not seem to remove the problem. It IDs the Trojan after a full scan, but on restart the Trojans reappear.

I have ran the scan is safe mode, but I am having the same issue.

Since 27/1/2015 I have had the following

Trojan:win32/Ropest.J 31/1/2015 20:44

Backdoor:win32/Simda.AT 31/1/2015 20:44

Trojan:win32/Miuref.A 31/1/2015 20:44

Trojan:win64/Ropest.G 31/1/2015 20:44

Trojan:win64/Ropest.G 29/1/2015 13:40

Trojan:win32/Miuref.F 28/1/2015 11:46

Trojan:win64/Ropest.G 27/1/2015 12:58

Does anyone know from experience of a utility that would help me remove them.

Running windows 7 sp1

windows essentials is at best poor.

do a scan with Hitmanpro as a second opinion it will even remove the trojans with the 30 day trial
