Trojan. Win32/AgentByPass.gen!K

In the last couple of days on start up, Windows Defender shows a severe threat with the above named Trojan. I have told Defender to clean all
Stopped the System Restore. Rebooted but it still shows. I have run a complete AVG scan with a negative result. I have also run Microsoft OneCare safety scanner again without success. When I reboot Windows Defender shows the threat again. In it's log it shows that succeeded in cleaning it, but obviously it must somewhere in the start up.

I am running WindowsXP Home Edition with automatic updates.

Can anyone please help me to cure this problem.

It attaches itself to Explorer.exe, not easy to remove from a running system; see if the online scanner mentioned here ( click here )can shift it, otherwise you'll need to remove AVG and install Avast, then schedule a boot-scan which runs before Windows loads.
