Trojan removal with SpyBot

While wireless in a hotel i picked up Win32.Agent.pz and Win32.zbot on my notebook.
I found them after doing an AVG scan which didnlt say anything about them and Spybot which found them. It asked if I wanted to remove them and I said yes.
My question is "does SpyBot remove the Trojan completely or should I download a removal programme
e.g. scanforfree.com
Subsequent scans don't reveal anything.
Thanks

It should be clear now - but just to be safe you could download, update and run Malwarebytes (free version) from click here

You could just run the Quick scan - if that's clear you should be fine. If it finds anything then remove, and then run the Full scan.
