Trojan horse downloader

AVG just completed a scan & has found the following:
Trojan horse Downloader.Generic5.DAW.
It is in this location: C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\AO12675.CPY

AVG says it is not healable & has put it in the virus vault, that's fine, but I'm puzzled by the information that Source is "Backup copy" – apart from system restore I don't think I have a backup on this computer.
Do I need to do anything else?
OS is Win ME, AV is AVG; firewall is sygate. BB connection. I also run A-squared - a scan last week showed all clear.

That is a location in System Restore. It can't do any harm there unless you restore to that restore point. If your PC is working OK, disable SR, restart then turn SR back on and create a new restore point click here
