Do any of the programs tell you the name of the file and where it is? If so, just delete the file. If it won't delete use click here

the file is in c:windows\temp\win547.tmp.exe
But i cant get to it using the search?

Hi rusbyfan, when you run ewido have you checked you are scanning all files and preferably run it in safe mode?

start ewido,make sure you click on update and then 'start update'.

After getting the update,click on scanner and then settings, make sure there is a tick in very box and 'scan all files' is selected, click ok.

Once you have done this, reboot your pc into Safe mode by pressing the F8 button after you have heard the 1st beep as your pc restarts from bootup.

You should see a list with safe mode listed in it. Highlight it and press enter button.

once in safe mode run ewido, when it finishes click on save report.

Hi I have run the scan in safe mode (75 mins) and saved the report...

  rusbyfan 18:32 15 Jul 2006

The report shows 2 files with the trojan dialer.

C:\WINDOWS\Temp\win583.tmp.exe ->Trojan.Dialer.pz
C:\WINDOWS\Temp\win59D.tmp.exe ->Trojan.Dialer.pz

I cant seem to find the files using the search option or the windows explorer.

I have deleted the files in ewido but they are still on my machine
