I recently ran a scan using Uniblue SpyEraser and 4 viruses showed up. The first being the Trojan-Backdoor.Blackhole.2005f, showing 2 infections. One being Hkey_Users\.defaults\software\microsoft\windows\ currentversion\internetsettings\enableautodial\. Can I access this through regedit and work through to the 'enable autodial' and delete it. I have run through it already but deleted nothing yet. Norton wanted £69.95.

you could go to regedit and click on it and then delete. Run add/remove progs and see if there is any mention and delete from there. worth looking in msconfig - startup to see if either are running in there. If so take the tick out of the box on the left and reboot. You will then be able to delete them.
