Trojan in AVG Virus Vault what do I do now?

AVG (free)
Trojan horse Generic8.LDI was detected by AVG and is held in the AVG Virus Vault.
Object name: wkcalrem.exe
Object path: C;\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Works Shared
File size: 52KB
Healable: No
Source: Backup copy
Status: Infecte

I have just also installed A-Squared Anti-malware from the PC Advisor Dec07 cover disc
Please can you advise what I do now with the trojan in the AVG Virus Vault.

wkcalrem.exe is MS Works Calendar Reminder, a couple of people have said it might be a false positive by AVG, suggest you download the latest definitions and scan it again.
