i have norton anti virus installed and it has detected a trojan (Trojan.Vundo.B)and my anti virus cant quarrantine it or remove it as its denied access to the file it is in..
it is in C:\WINDOWS\ADINS\ACAP.DLL
when i open the file it has nothing in it??? any ideas how i can fix this problem .. the virus scan detects no virus though??
and the warning pop up will not go away
pleas help

Symantec.com have a removal tool for this if you can access the net at all.If not ask a pal to d/load it for you to a disk and run it on yours.
