Trend Micro RUBotted?

2 days ago I installed this wee program, on recommendation from an acquaintance, and initially got a clear bill of health.

However, this morning, while visiting a site that I quite regularly visit, well several times a year anyway, I got this message. "Bot Found"

And this message in the Log.
"Detected DNS query of malicious domain"

It then suggests that I use "House Call" to clean the infection. It says Free for First Use and that there is a small charge thereafter.

Now, neither AVG nor CCleaner has picked anything up.

Do I accept the charge, or view this as a Marketing Tool and that this is a False Positive to persuade me to anti-up some money?.

Regularly it detected the above activity, missed by Zone Alarm, I checked ZA's Permissions and there was nothing suspicious that I could find in their list.

Trend Micro RUBotted does not mention the name of the Program making the enquiry, so I am assuming that these are, either false positives, or even attempts to persuade me to buy their Software!
