TrayApp-fault

Can anyone help when i boot up my pc using xp home "TrayApp" can up and tell me to insert the TrayAPP disk. I did not get a disk with my pc if i have to restore xp it is on my D drive. Having browse the D drive for TrayApp file and no joy.

Do you have a printer or the like from HP? If so that's the disc you need, read this, click here

dont have a hp printer on my pc it a lexmark x1160. My wee girl got a hp photo printer upstairs which see uses with the laptop.

i often get false tray app errors on boot up caused by norton ghost9, i just ignore them. do you have norton ghost 9?

No i dont have norton ghost. I ask my we girl if she put the disk from her hp photo printer onto the pc and did not. Someone mention about hp printer which i dont have on my pc but my pc is a hp pavilion 190. i dont know if this help

looking at the link that anskyber sent.it was the hp camera that was installed which caused the problem. thanks again
