transferring "favourites " to new OS

I am planning to upgrade to Vista shortly (new computer), and would like to know if its possible to copy the URLs over from my existing "favourites" list.

Look for the favourites folder under C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Favorites.

Then copy to the new favourites folder on the Vista PC whcih i think is C:\Users\<UserName>\Favorites

Very easy to do.

Hi OzzyOs. It's certainly easy with XP, you simply overwrite the favorites folder with the old one. In the Vista system I would suggest renaming the Favorites folder something like "oldfavorites" so you can restore it if things go wrong.
