transfering operating system to other partition

i recently partitioned my hard disk, i put the win xp and main files on the smallest partition by mistake and now i am running out of room fast , how can i transfer them to the largest partition

Why not remove Programs, then reinstall them choosing custom install and load Programs to the big Partition? it's easier than moving OS. Also move your data to it

If you have the disks just uninstall the program and reinstall pick custom install and browse to where you want to install to.
if no disks then you need an application mover such as

Clone your c drive to the large partition with xxclone available here click here
It is free and works and it can make the cloned partition bootable.
