Hi everybody,

I have just bought a new PC and I need a way of transfering whats on my old PC to my new PC, can anybody suggest a way of connecting two PC's together cheaply?

Many Thanks

I used the transfer wizard (see rawprawn's link) and a pen drive to transfer everything I needed over to my new PC. That included all my email addresses, Internet favourites etc.

If you can, you can always set up a network to move your files across.

Otherwise you can use a USB memory stick or put the files onto a CD/DVD.

It should be just the files in yhour 'Documents' folder, unless you have got files elsewhere.

Or use 'Tech Guys' at PC World who will do it for you - for £29.99!
