Transfering Disk drives

My disk drive is about to fail. I have no boot disk and I have so many amendments to 98SE that I am unable to boot from scratch. My whole system is on disk C: - I have a brand new disk which if partioned would end up with F: and G: as I have a secondary data disk. How do I transfer all my bootable disk to the new one so that it remains as disk C:? I have looked at BounceBack which needs an external drive, and Xcopy will not do it, so has anyone the final answer?
