Transfer videos from camera to USB memory stick

I have pictures and videos which I took with my Samsung L310 camera, whilst on holiday, I want to transfer them all to a USB stick, to bring with out with me, to show my friends on my netbook. However it is copying the pictures but will not copy the videos? Any ideas?

I'm not even sure if downloading to your PC then transferring to the USB stick would work. Is it worth a try?

Two things spring to mind.

Video is normal large in size. Has the USB thumbdrive enough space?

Secondly and most likely - a USB is normally formatted with FAT and FAT16 has a 2GB file size limit and FAT32 a 4GB size limit. Check the size of the video file.

They are about 10.8 mb in size. They are only at the most 20 seconds in size.
