I would like to know how to transfer my ISP from my present PC to a new PC that I am purchasing.

Present PC OS - Windows ME

New PC OS - Windows XP

Also can I transfer my addresses and e-mails I need to save?

Open outlook express, go to Tools/Options/Maintenance/Store Folder, click change and browse to your newly created folder. hit ok and restart express.

As well, within outlook you can export your address book, and export email settings.

Depends on your ISP. If Wanadoo, BT Yahoo, Virgin etc just get a new Cd from the shops. Insert it into your PC and look out for an option like "I already have an account" or "Reinstall my settings" and follow that route. Have your username and password ready and it'll retrieve your account settings.

Of course, knowing your ISP and Accouter type (Dial Up / broadband etc etc) would help be more sepcific....
