How can I stop tracking cookies? When I run Spybot or Ad-Aware and others such as AVG AS, I keeps picking up tracking cookes!

Using Firefox and IE 6

They are not a problem, all you need do is run Ccleaner click here once a week or so to clear them.

'scuse my paranoia Gandalf, but I run CCleaner at least one per day!

you get some on here, i think most of them are for sites to show advertisers how many hits a day they get, so they can sell advertising space, which keeps some sites free to use.
i run ccleaner once a week or so, theres always loads.

Try Firefox using Stealther, you will get less tracking cookies, but it won't stop all of them.
