every time ive been on the net, even just to this site, a scan with a2 finds Trace.TrackingCookie, which i delete. is it a harmless cookie or is it something else. i have avg anti-spyware running in real time and set to remove cookies automatically which i thought would hve stopped it

It is harmless as most cookies are. Use Ccleaner click here a free app. used by many on this forum to clear all your temp files and general clutter.

i have ccleaner but only use it to clear "issues" after an uninstall. ccleaner is set to clean everything but "auto-complete form history" and "advanced" in the windows section and "saved form information" in the applications section. is this o.k.and can i set it to run when pc starts.

i should have asked this as well. in the options-advanced what should be ticked and what anvantage is there in " save all settings to INI file"
