Totally removing program and start over

  jack 09:28 28 Apr 2009

See click here
This item is still giving grief ,
So take it out and start over- Simplez
Oh no it aint.
Cooliris is listed in the programs list[Start/All Programs] but only gives the 'run' icon.
So go to Start/Control/Add Remove - and-----
the program is not listed at all.
Go to 'C' Programs- and remove its folder - done.
Go to Regedit and remove all values - Done
Explore FireFox - not seen there as 'CoolIris'
But still its shortcut is in the desktop and
when activated - shows the corrupt images and panels

I will now try to reinstall from a download over what I have not found
Any better ideas?

Have been through the FireFox add on - and remove -restart - add routine - many times.
Still I get the corruption
So I conclude it must be a system thing that has changed- as the item has worked until the original past.

I think you may need reinstallation..

Try un-installing again, using click here when you are asked to re-start your PC, Don't re-start let Revo continue. When you get the option to Select All and to Delete, DO SO. Then after you have clicked on Finish, re-start your PC.

Might also be a good idea to run click here

You should then be able to download and install your chosen program.

Revo is a pretty good remover huh!
I clicked on it and it found nowt for Cooliris
So I clicked on Hunter and took aim on the Cool Iris Icone- and wham- FireFox went down the drain.
Did Cooliris - the corrupt one - go with it?
Dunno yet -We shall see.
