Toshiba Tecra M1 laptop how to get into the bios

Me again guys , just picked up a rather nice toshiba tecra M1 lappy, 1.7 ghz with 1 gig memory loaded win 7 on it ok, but dont know how to get into the bios. Can get in to the boot selection by starting up with F12 pressed, but where is the bios? the extra funtions on the fkeys work save 1 the screen brightness. that was controlled with a auto sensor, that relied on a prog called toshiba hw setup. Unfortuatly thats not supported in vista or 7 but only xp.cant sem to find the drivers to sort that out and need to turn up the screen a bit, any ideas guys?

hi, on power up you get the logo screen with boot options but nothing to invite you to go into setup, doent have a post screen as such just the logo and boot options that are accessed by the f 12 key.? is there any way to get a post option up rather than the logo screen or is this the norm for this one?

Try F2

ok got into the bios ok thanks for that but oddly enough the downloadable manual from toshiba doesnt tell you how to do that. the screen brightness is an issue though as the sensor software wont work under windows 7 and there are no updates on the driver download site at toshiba. really stuck on this is there any way around it?
