Hi all my dad is paying for us to have 512kbps tiscali broadband for £25 per monthHe complained to me that he had a £40.33 bill.so i checked on the bill statements and it said that £40.33 was due.How can this be right?What should i do i am going to email tiscali.Thanks.ben
Is it a "capped" service? i.e. Max download of so many GB per month?
As Taff36 says you may well have been downloading a mite too much!
Check your online Bill to see what it was for.

What an arse i am!It was a setup fee included in the monthly fee!Instead of doing it as 2 payments,so the first bill was £40 and the second was £25!Thanks all.I bow my head in shame.
e-mail it is then! Don`t forget to quote your account reference number, the invoice number and ask them for a "breakdown" of the charges under your current contract. It may be better that your Dad writes the e-mail as the "Account Holder".
