tiscali broadband

I had a problem for about 10 days now where the connection keep cutting out. if i make or recieve a phone call, the connection will reconnect. ive tried contacting tiscali, and they say try a different filter, but i still have the same problem? Any help would be great

Filters are usually the casue of this type of problem. Did you change the filter for a similar brand one, are they of good quality?

If you have a new style BT master socket with the removeable lower faceplate you could try connecting through the test socket underneath and see if the problem still occurs.
