Timeed PC shutdown

Is their a way to tell the pc to shut down after so long/certain time. I listen to spotify or other music on my pc while im in bed. But i dont wnat the pc to stay on all night. Is their a way to tell it to shut down after so long?

If you use AVG you can set it to scan your computer and power down the computer when it is finished.

Maybe try your advanced power settings and set the PC to sleep or hibernate after a certain amount of time of no activity.

Yes there is. Create a shortcut to:

%SystemRoot%\System32\shutdown.exe /s /t 0

and replace the zero at the end by the number of *seconds* before you want the shutdown to operate. The valid range of seconds is '0' to '315360000' (10 years)!

Maybe best leaving it.
I know they are working on an update for it to sort out a few minor problems.
So maybe better leaving it for a while.
