Thunderbolt to USB 3.0 adapter?

I have a Western Digital 4TB Thunderbolt Duo HDD and no thunderbolt ports on my HP Z440. Is there an adapter in existence that will allow me to read this drive on my PC? I am not interested in speed, only accessing the contents of the drive. Many thanks.

Mark, I'd recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer (KANEX) before you purchase FB's adapter. I doubt that it'll work because the Thunderbolt plug is designed to be connected to a computer where it draws power for the device itself and attached peripherals . You're intending to do it the other way around and I can't see how that'd work.
