It will remove the beta version itself. Just run the downloaded file. After the remove your PC will reboot, the release version will then install.

I actually found the beta more stable. This release version doesn't seem to like toolbars, but this is intermittant. Hopefully will be sorted.

If you have the MSN toolbar get rid of it first before installing. you can get the new version (called Windows Live Toolbar) from a link on the download site.

No, I prefer Firefox although I keep IE fully updated as, just very occasionally, a website will refuse to work properly with it.

I still think both firefox and the very good Opera are better. internet explorer seems a lot slower and until the last release didnt show my homepage blueyonder.co.uk properly.
