You have an Alienware laptop that has been damaged, and you are making an insurance claim?

no, i dont have an alienware laptop yet, since alienware does not provide accidental damage cover would third party insurance void the warranty

May be covered on your home contents, mine is.

Speak to your home insurance company. I can't see how having insurance would void the warranty.

As above depending on your Insurance it may or may not Cover it if the let drop to the Deck. You need to check with them. This is different to Repair under faults that a Extended Warranty should cover
