Is there such thing as a down/up load meter?

Would be useful if there is so I can monitor my monthly capped usage.

If it's capped, your ISP should have the facility to view your usage.

Graham ® My ISP does have the facillity to check my usage, but its only udpated ech day!

Soory about the delay. My ISP is freedom2surf (and I'm very happy too; it's just that myquota is only updated once each day. So I thought if I could monitor myself i'd be much better informed.
