if one has a problem with hijacks etc it should be enough for one to describe the page (which really is irrelevent as hi-jacked is hi-jacked no matter where it takes one to) i have two reasons for asking this, the first being thaat when i am at work there is a very strict policy on sites visited and at least two of todays links are well outside acceptable limits for my employer.
secondly i am sure that these forums are visited by enthusiastic youngsters as well as old codgers like myself.
in closing could i respectfully as that posters choos their click here's more carefully.
cheers and have a good weekend.

Yes, or even non-porn nasties. E.g. "I have just been to click here and now my browser has been hijacked". Others may click on it without thinking and end up with exactly the same problem!

Good post johnnyrocker.

I didn't know the link posted led to porn, as yesterday, it was just a search engine, so maybe this hijacker changes the page now and then, who knows. And enthusiastic youngsters, whats that all about. Sorry but am I getting my wires crossed here. I came on for advice not a lecture of an old codger!!!

You are nasty, or maybe just a bad advert for using this forum, though you always get one ehh.

all i did for the reasons stated was to respectfully ask that posters take care when posting links.

Ok, then I sincerely apologise, as I didn't know it was porn, yesterday it was a seach engine. I didn't open internet explorer today as I thought it may be doing my pc some harm, next time I will check. Sorry for any offence caused.

Good advice and highlights one of the flaws of the click here system.

At the same time, anyone who does "click here" should check the link first.

I know you are having problems and I have only used this forum for about 6 months myself,in that time from reading postings I think johnnyrocker is only too keen to help rather than annoy. He is definitely not as you say, "the one"
